How to install on Android
Download the app for your role, open the APK on your phone and follow Android’s installation prompts. Allow installation from your browser only if Android asks. Sign in with your TRIQ account. If an installed version cannot be updated, contact support before uninstalling it.

Download and open the app on the computer being shared. Its own remote address appears automatically.

Share your address with your helper. They enter it in their app or TRIQ chat. Review and accept the request on your computer.

No account is needed for app-to-app assistance. Both people open the app and connect using an address. Starting from a TRIQ chat requires signing in and an accepted conversation.
Can someone connect without my permission?
Every session requires an approval on the sharing computer. Your address alone does not grant access. You can pause keyboard and mouse control, end the session, or use Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Q in the app.
How are screens and files handled?
Screen images and controls pass through TRIQ over HTTPS and are cleared when the session ends. This is not end-to-end encryption. Sessions started from a TRIQ chat save messages, attachments, and start/end records in that conversation under its access and upload rules. The app receives chat messages from approval onward. Standalone app-to-app chat and files are temporary and unscanned; save files before ending. Device addresses and connection metadata are stored to run the service.
Which computers can use this release?
This preview is built for Windows 11 x64. Windows runtime acceptance testing is pending. macOS, Linux and mobile apps are not available in this release. Windows lock screens, administrator prompts and protected desktops are not controllable.
Why might Windows show a warning?
This preview does not yet carry a verified publisher signature. Do not disable Windows security. Public distribution should follow publisher signing and validation of the exact release on Windows.
