A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
How the people, payments and service journey fit together.
Accepted tickets open a group conversation. Share messages, files and voice notes, or start a direct chat from Contacts. Authorized OEM and Processor staff can invite people by email or TRIQ ID. Guests join only the invited conversation.
Where enabled for your deployment, chat supports voice and video calls, screen sharing, text translation, voice-note transcripts and translated call captions. Choose your reading language and keep the original text available. Each speaker decides whether their microphone may be transcribed; call captions are not saved.
TRIQ brings glass processors and machinery manufacturers into one service platform. A processor reports a machine issue, the OEM coordinates support, and the service team shares progress until the ticket is resolved.
Use User Login to choose your OEM, Processor, Employee or Admin portal. Your verified identity and company permissions determine access. Accounts and company access are provisioned through your authorized organization and TRIQ administrator. Product illustrations do not represent verified customer coverage.
Choose Online or Offline service. The manufacturer’s prices, machine warranty dates and any agreed customer-specific rate determine the fixed service fee. A zero-charge request creates a ticket directly; paid requests require payment confirmation. Offline travel, stay and food arrangements are agreed on the ticket.
Yes, the workflow supports employees responsible for one country, multiple countries or global coverage. The engineer’s base country is separate from their service responsibility. Where no country team is configured, routing can fall back to global service and then the OEM administrator.
Read the cancellation and refund terms, including the 72-hour unaccepted-ticket rule and cancellation after OEM acceptance. These policy pages are prelaunch review versions pending approval.
Employees use the Employee app as their identity and onboarding layer. An authorized company team administrator links them to the organization and sets their department, reporting manager, coverage and permissions.
YOUR MACHINES. YOUR TEAM. YOUR TRIQ.
