TRIQ

Privacy Notice

Version TRIQ-PRIVACY-2026-10-22-v4 · Effective 22 October 2026

1. Who operates TRIQ and how to contact us

TRIQ is operated by ALP Infinity. Our business address is 247, Phase 8B, SAS Nagar, India. Contact us about privacy, support or complaints at support@triqinnovations.com. Email support hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST; Saturday and Sunday are closed. These support hours do not extend any response deadline required by applicable law.

This notice describes personal information used in the TRIQ service platform, including the Admin, OEM, Processor and Employee portals. Information about an identifiable employee, director, customer contact or other person can be personal information even when it appears in a business account or machine-service record.

2. Your organisation and other service participants

TRIQ manages information for its own platform administration, security, billing and support purposes. An OEM, Processor or employer also decides how it uses information for its own service delivery, workforce management or business obligations. Its own privacy information applies to that separate use.

Where TRIQ handles organisation-managed content on an organisation’s documented instructions, the relevant data-processing agreement defines those responsibilities. A job title or account role alone does not determine the legal role of every party. You may contact TRIQ or your organisation about the processing each controls.

3. Information we collect

The information used depends on your role, what you provide and the features your organisation enables. Required information is identified in the relevant form or service process; other information and optional media features should only be provided when needed.

CategoryExamples
Account and organisationName, email, phone and business contact/address details required by the relevant registration or service flow, profile and job details, company/director contacts, organisation and employee IDs, team membership, reporting relationships, permissions, language and time-zone preferences.
Machines and serviceMachine model and serial, location, installation and warranty records, service issues and error codes, ticket participants and history, visits, pricing, uploaded evidence, feedback and service reports.
Employee work recordsWhere an organisation uses these modules: attendance, breaks and corrections, leave requests and reasons, work assignments, progress, reports and reviews. Do not include medical details or other sensitive information beyond what is necessary and lawfully requested.
Chat and shared mediaMessages, drafts, participants and invitations, replies, reactions, read/delivery information, files, photos, videos and voice notes. Optional features may also create translations, voice transcripts, captions and call participation records.
Payments and agreementsQuotes, currency, service and platform charges, taxes, billing details or GSTIN if supplied, payment-provider references and status, refunds, ledger and settlement records, accepted terms version and acceptance time.
Security and technical recordsAuthentication records, password verification data, sessions, access/audit events, device/browser and request information, approximate country suggestions where available, and browser preferences. Hosting and payment services may also keep their own connection/security records.

Payment credentials are entered through the selected payment provider’s checkout. TRIQ keeps payment and refund references, status and related business records; it does not ask you to send card passwords, PINs or security codes in a ticket or chat. Do not place unnecessary identity documents, health information, banking secrets or unrelated personal information in uploads or messages.

4. Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you, from the organisation that creates or manages your account, from participating OEMs and Processors, from other authorised participants in a shared ticket or conversation, and from service/payment providers. For example, an organisation may supply your work email when inviting you, and a payment provider supplies transaction status.

The platform also generates service history, access and security records as it is used. Approximate country suggestions may use a locally configured IP-country dataset, browser language or time zone. A suggestion is not a verified location or tax residence. The current first-party portals do not request precise GPS location.

5. Why information is used

We use necessary information to create and secure accounts; link organisations, users and machines; manage permissions; arrange and document service tickets; support chat and selected media features; calculate prices and record agreements; process payments, refunds and account records; send requested account/service communications; investigate issues and disputes; and meet applicable obligations.

Where your organisation uses employee functions, its authorised personnel use the relevant records for assignments, attendance, leave and reporting. The organisation must explain its own lawful basis and uses to its personnel; a TRIQ account does not authorise unlimited employee monitoring.

The legal basis depends on the activity and applicable law. A contract may support processing necessary for a contract with the individual concerned; an organisation’s contract does not automatically provide that basis for every employee. Where permitted and properly assessed, legitimate interests may support proportionate business coordination, platform administration or security. Applicable legal obligations and valid consent may support other activities. Optional consent can be withdrawn for future processing without making earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Accepting the service Terms is not blanket consent to advertising, recordings, transcription, sensitive-data collection or unrelated uses. If information essential to the requested service is withheld, the relevant account, payment or service feature may not work. We will explain material additional uses before introducing them and provide any choice or consent process required by law.

5.1 Optional email and WhatsApp marketing

With your separate, optional permission, ALP Infinity, operating as TRIQ, may use your email address for marketing emails and your mobile number for WhatsApp marketing about TRIQ products, services, offers, features and events. Each channel requires its own choice.

Providing contact details, creating an account, accepting these Terms, making a payment or receiving service messages does not by itself give marketing permission. You may refuse or withdraw permission without losing access to the service. A company administrator cannot opt in other people on their behalf.

You can opt out at any time using the email unsubscribe link, replying STOP to a WhatsApp marketing message, or emailing support@triqinnovations.com. We will stop marketing through that channel after withdrawal. Necessary account, ticket, security and payment communications may continue separately.

Before marketing begins, TRIQ must record the recipient's choice, channel, date and wording shown, and keep opt-outs effective. Relevant contact details may be processed by authorised delivery providers for this purpose; they will not be sold or supplied for another business's own marketing under this permission. This update does not enrol existing contacts or activate any messaging integration.

6. Who can see or receive information

Access depends on the organisation, role, permission, assignment and conversation membership. Relevant OEM and Processor personnel may see ticket and machine information needed for the service. Authorised organisational administrators may manage personnel and business records. TRIQ administrators may access records within their authorised support, security, administration or financial functions.

Conversation participants can receive messages and shared media. If an authorised person adds another participant or guest, the permitted history may be shared according to the invitation and access settings. Participants may retain information they receive outside TRIQ. Avoid sharing unrelated personal or confidential information with a group.

We use service providers for hosting, communication and payments as described below. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or competent authorities where necessary and lawfully justified, or to protect rights and address fraud, security incidents or disputes. Such a disclosure must be appropriate to its purpose; this notice does not authorise unrestricted sharing.

7. Service providers and optional media

The providers below process information when their feature is available and used. Text chat and text translation are available. Calls, speech transcription and live captions are not currently offered.

Provider / featureInformation and purposeAvailability
HostingerWebsite/API hosting and the selected email service. Email processing includes recipient addresses, subjects and message bodies. Ticket emails can include issue text, company, machine, service-location and price details.Website and API hosting, with email delivery through the configured service.
Razorpay or PayPalThe selected checkout provider receives payment amount/currency, transaction references and relevant payer/checkout details. It returns transaction, refund and payment-status information.Availability depends on the provider and currency offered for the booking. Payment testing does not establish approval for live merchant transactions.
Google Cloud TranslationWhen chat translation is enabled and used, message or caption text and language information are sent for translation. Some identifiers may be masked, but the content is not guaranteed anonymous.Available for text chat where enabled. Source text and language information are sent for requested or automatic translation.
Google Cloud Speech-to-TextWhen transcription or captions are used, audio and language information are sent for speech processing. Voice-note transcripts can be stored with the conversation. Not currently offered. Feature-specific information and required controls will be provided before activation.
LiveKit CloudWhen calls are enabled, room and participant identifiers and display names are used to connect the call; microphone, camera and screen-share content are transmitted according to selected controls. Not currently offered. Feature-specific information and required controls will be provided before activation.

Interface-language labels are translated with bundled dictionaries; selecting a display language does not itself send all page content to an external translation service. Chat translation is a separate feature and may run manually or automatically according to the chosen setting.

Voice notes are shared with eligible conversation participants. Where transcription is available, an authorised participant can request it after the displayed confirmation; this can produce a stored transcript of a shared voice note. A person sharing another speaker’s audio must have the necessary authority. The person enabling live captions chooses whether their own microphone audio is processed for captions. Camera and screen sharing have separate user controls.

TRIQ does not currently offer a full-call recording workflow. This is not a promise that no participant or external provider can retain information. Any future platform recording feature needs a clear notice, appropriate controls and any required consent before use. Translations and transcripts can contain errors; do not treat them as authoritative technical or safety instructions.

8. Cookies, browser storage and preferences

TRIQ uses necessary session cookies to keep the correct portal account signed in and browser storage to remember interface language and payment-return or ticket-continuity information. These records can include scoped account, workspace, request or ticket identifiers and timestamps. They are not a request to store card credentials.

Browser preferences can remain until you clear them. You can use browser controls to remove cookies or local storage, but doing so may sign you out, reset preferences or interrupt checkout continuity. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not erase server-side records.

The first-party portal build contains no installed advertising or third-party audience-analytics integration. Hosting, content delivery and payment services may have their own necessary logs or storage. Any non-essential tracking introduced later will require appropriate notice and controls.

9. Worldwide access and international processing

TRIQ is intended to serve business users worldwide, with availability depending on supported organisations, services, countries, currencies and payment routes. ALP Infinity operates from India. Depending on the service used and the location of participating organisations or providers, information may be accessed or processed in more than one country.

Applicable transfer rules depend on the actual data flow, recipient and jurisdiction. Where a transfer safeguard is required, the relevant lawful arrangement must be established; accepting this notice alone is not a substitute. Contact support for information about the arrangements applicable to your service, subject to protection of confidential terms.

10. Retention, corrections and deletion

The periods below are TRIQ's retention and review policy. Expiry does not itself trigger automatic deletion. Permanent removal requires TRIQ Admin review and approval, but this internal control cannot delay an applicable legal deadline or justify indefinite retention. We assess continued necessity, specific legal obligations and valid rights requests, and explain any justified retention.

Record categoryRetention policy and review
Essential ticket and service evidenceOld service tickets and their attached files are retained for five years from account removal, then reviewed for deletion by TRIQ Admin. Only specifically justified records may be retained longer; applicable legal requirements and rights take precedence.
Closed department chatsClosed department chats, messages and files are reviewed for deletion one year after closure. TRIQ Admin approval is required. Other conversation records follow their service, security or claims purpose; this is not a blanket five-year period for all chats.
Unnecessary closed-account profile detailsReactivation may be requested through support within 30 days after deactivation. After that window, account and unnecessary profile information are due for approved removal; historical service records are handled separately. Reuse of an email or phone requires its actual release. These requests are handled manually, not by a guaranteed automatic erasure timer.
Routine recovery backupsRoutine recovery backups are subject to a 35-day rolling retention policy. Specific legal holds and required accounting archives are separate. Removal from backups and reconciliation of restored copies require controlled handling; a deleted live record may remain in a recovery copy until that process completes.
Minimal privacy-request register3 years after request completion, reviewed annually. Keep minimal scope, dates, verification method and outcome; do not keep a duplicate full data export merely as request evidence.
Financial and agreement recordsApplicable accounting, tax, payment, recordkeeping and genuine claims requirements determine retention. The business periods above do not shorten mandatory retention.
Employee work recordsAn employer- and country-specific schedule, based on the actual purpose, organisational instructions and applicable obligations; no universal worldwide period is asserted.
Security/authentication records and provider copiesNecessary security and applicable obligations determine the period. Sessions and tokens have their own expiry. Provider copies follow applicable provider arrangements and lawful requirements.

A delete or close action in the interface does not necessarily erase every underlying record. For example, a removed chat message can leave the original message and a revision in service history; a deleted file can remain in storage or backups until a controlled removal process is completed. Translations, transcripts and copies received by others may also require separate handling.

You can request correction, access or deletion using the contact route below. We will assess the applicable rights and any valid, specific reason to retain records, explain the outcome and limit retained information to what is justified. An append-only technical design is not, by itself, a legal reason to retain personal information forever.

11. Security

The TRIQ application includes authenticated sessions, permission checks, password hashing and audit records, with additional protection for selected authentication and account-delivery secrets. Secure deployment, access control, safe handling of uploads and tested backup recovery are also required operational controls.

This notice does not claim end-to-end encrypted chat, universal encryption of every stored record or backup, or absolute security. Protect your account, use the security controls made available to you, and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Incident notifications will be handled where required by applicable law.

12. Your requests and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you may be entitled to information about processing, access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or safeguards concerning qualifying automated decisions. These rights have conditions and do not all apply in every situation.

Email support@triqinnovations.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant account or records. We may ask for proportionate verification when needed, while protecting other people’s information. A privacy request is not a request for your password, payment PIN or an unrestricted copy of an identity document.

Where your organisation controls the relevant processing, we will explain the appropriate organisation contact route and assist as required. Requests will be assessed and answered within the applicable legal time limit, with an explanation of any permitted extension or refusal. You may use available regulator or judicial complaint routes without first accepting an internal decision.

TRIQ does not currently provide general self-service export or permanent account erasure. Email support for a verified, manually handled request, including any copies or backups needing separate handling. Applicable response deadlines still apply.

13. Automated service rules and business users

TRIQ applies configured rules to pricing, permissions, authentication and ticket/payment processing, including the saved 72-hour acceptance policy where it applies. An automated ticket closure or provider-status update should not be confused with an assessment of all facts in a dispute. Ask support to review an error or disputed outcome.

The platform is designed for organisations and authorised business personnel, rather than services directed at children. Avoid including children’s or unrelated individuals’ information in service records. Contact support if such information has been supplied without a proper basis so that it can be assessed and handled appropriately.

14. Changes and notice details

We will identify the effective version of this notice and make material changes available through an appropriate notice. A later notice does not retroactively authorise an unrelated use of previously collected information. Feature-specific notices may provide additional detail for particular processing.
